NovoPath is a leading U.S.-based Lab Information Systems (LIS) company with over 25 years of experience serving markets such as Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Molecular and Genetic Testing, and Clinical Trials. They provide a SaaS solution that helps labs maximize efficiency and reduce human error, promoting superior patient care. The company is known for innovation, customer experience, and product features.

The Position

As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key part of NovoPath's sales process, often serving as the first contact point. The ideal candidate enjoys using innovative tactics to connect with prospects, is self-motivated, and can initiate engaging conversations tailored to each prospect's needs.

What You Will Do
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, cold calling, email, and other tools to generate leads
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads
  • Collaborate with client services and account management to build the pipeline
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term relationships to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and sales teams
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, and identify new opportunities
  • Work with client services to develop account intelligence and use case opportunities
Requirements

  • Proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills

Position & Workplace Details
  • Full-time, salaried role
  • 100% remote
  • Travel up to 3-4 times a year for company events and client visits
  • Reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales
