Base pay range

About the Role

As a two-sided employment marketplace, Bandana serves both job-seekers and hiring businesses. We have proven that job-seekers love Bandana.

Now, we’re looking for all-star salespeople to sell our hiring solutions to mid-market businesses that hire dozens-to-hundreds of new employees annually.

What you’ll do:

  • Outbound sales - calls, emails, whatever it takes
  • Source, nurture, and close deals - as one of our first sales hires, you’ll own the process from A-to-Z
  • Perfect our outbound sales motion - we’re not reinventing the wheel here, but we do want the race car to be as fast as it can be
  • Track progress - what you learn informs our entire GTM process at scale

Apply if you have:

  • 1-3 Years outbound sales experience, ideally at a SAAS or an HR technology company
  • Experience selling 4-5-figure SaaS contracts to mid-market businesses that hire frequently
  • Strong track record of exceeding high-volume sales quotas - you can prove you’re always at the top of the sales leaderboard
  • Experience (and comfort) with hunting for your own deal flow
  • Experience designing & executing outbound sales process in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Desire to join the next rocket ship (we’ve grown 3000%+ in 2024 alone)

Interview Process

The BDR interview process typically involves a written assessment & phone screen, BDR simulation, and on-site interviews at our company HQ in New York.

Compensation

OTE: $120K+ (base + commission + bonus)

Base Salary: $85K
