About The Role

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals based in New York who are looking to develop their sales career within financial technology at an unprecedented rate. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you'll work with the region's highest performers to generate new leads and business opportunities with US Mid Market and Enterprise companies.

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals based in New York who are looking to develop their sales career within financial technology at an unprecedented rate. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you'll work with the region's highest performers to generate new leads and business opportunities with US Mid Market and Enterprise companies.

Training and Enablement

As a brand new BDR at Payhawk, from day one you will be enrolled into our market leading Sales training and onboarding programme. This best in class academy process will see you prospecting to potential customers and driving towards your target within your first 4 weeks!

You will benefit from a blend of in person coaching with our highest performers and online technology led learning. This will be using the industry's very best Learning Management Tools, AI call simulation tools and call recording platforms . Upon graduation from Payhawk's BDR certification programme, you will benefit from the latest Sales Tools and Technology to accelerate your performance and achievements in your day to day role (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Replicate, Brainshark).

Compensation and Career Development

Success is well recognised and rewarded at Payhawk through an aggressive OTE driven compensation scheme. Top performing Business Development Representatives can expect to be achieving over 100% OTE in year 1!
