ABOUT THE REVENUE OPERATIONS TEAM

The Business Development team is part of the Revenue Operations department. Launchmetrics’ RevOps function supports the sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing strategic insights, processes, and technology solutions. The goal is to ensure the success of the business and achievement of revenue targets.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE

The Business Development team drives growth by identifying and qualifying leads. Your role involves executing outreach strategies, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales process to acquire new customers and contribute to revenue generation.

What you’ll do:
  • Identify and engage active brands in our target market.
  • Qualify leads and distribute them to sales teams.
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to increase brand engagement.
  • Support product launches and marketing events through outreach.
  • Use sales assets to engage prospects and provide feedback for process improvements.
Sales Process & Methodology
  • Follow defined sales processes and manage leads in CRM.
  • Maintain data integrity and act as a power user of sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Highspot.
  • Gather insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communicator in English, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a BDR or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Experience in Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Proficient with sales tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, and Highspot.
  • Fluency in another European language is a plus.
