  • Collaborate with Sales Reps to strategically target accounts and identify real opportunities.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to find, track, and nurture prospects.
  • Think critically about what’s working and be confident adjusting your approach for better results.
  • Support wider campaigns through outreach, webinars, events, and digital engagement.
  • Stay organised—manage your follow-ups, pipeline, and outreach schedule with confidence.
  • Occasionally travel for team meetups or Dayforce events.

Skills and Experience we value

  • Confident, clear communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone or use LinkedIn to kick off conversations.
  • Curious, coachable, and keen to grow in outbound sales.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
  • Tech-literate and comfortable using Salesforce, Zoom, LinkedIn, and prospecting tools.
  • Able to listen actively, personalise outreach, and build rapport quickly.
  • Based in the UK with full right to work.

What would make you stand out

  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, or SaaS technology.
  • Experience engaging with HR or C-suite stakeholders
