What You’ll Do

  • Execute 80+ outbound activities daily (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Book 25+ qualified meetings per month to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to sharpen strategy and messaging.
  • Research and pursue opportunities in Latin America, North America, and Europe.
  • Keep CRM (Daylite preferred) clean, up-to-date, and actionable.
  • Be the voice of Profile Industries to prospective customers around the world.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual fluency: Portuguese, and English (written & spoken). Spanish is a bonus.
  • 1+ year in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or related sales role.
  • "Hunter" mindset – goal-oriented, energetic, and not afraid to prospect.
  • Clear communicator who listens well and persuades with confidence.
  • CRM savvy, organized, and proactive with follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment.

Compensation: Base + Commission

  • Variable Incentive: $25,000/year (performance-based)

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $75,000/year
