Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Franchise) to generate new business opportunities for our franchise and enterprise sales team. This fully outbound role involves identifying, researching, and engaging multi-location restaurant brands, franchise groups, and enterprise prospects to book qualified meetings.

Location Preference

Candidates residing in Texas or California will be given first consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-potential franchise and enterprise accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings.
  • Qualify leads and ensure they match our ideal customer profiles.
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off prospects to senior sales reps.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Track outreach activities, meetings, and lead progress.
  • Support pipeline goals through outbound activities.
  • Manage workflows and lead generation using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Improve outreach strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Uphold Franki’s values of curiosity, grit, and transparency.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or extensive outbound sales experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Proficient in G-suite, email communication, and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outbound sales experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with Southern California market is advantageous.
