Position Summary
AdvantixxRCM is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers and organizations.
The BDR is responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling sales meetings, maintaining the sales pipeline, and supporting the growth of AdvantixxRCM.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with physicians, practice managers, healthcare administrators, business owners, and other healthcare decision-makers and can clearly communicate the value of professional revenue cycle management services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify prospective healthcare clients.
- Research medical practices and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct outbound telephone calls.
- Conduct professional email outreach.
- Follow up with inbound leads.
- Contact prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns.
- Qualify potential opportunities.
- Identify key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Schedule qualified sales appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
- Develop relationships with potential referral sources.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track all prospect communications and activities.
- Move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Re-engage inactive or previously contacted prospects.
- Participate in networking and business-development activities.
- Meet established activity and sales-development goals.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, healthcare, medical billing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage consistent follow-up.
- Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare executives and providers.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience.
- Medical billing or RCM industry experience.
- Experience selling B2B professional services.
- Experience prospecting physician practices.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance terminology.
- CRM experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Sales Authority
The Business Development Representative may discuss AdvantixxRCM's approved services and marketing materials.
However, unless specifically authorized, the BDR may not independently modify pricing, negotiate contractual terms, promise reimbursement results, guarantee collections, offer unauthorized discounts, or execute agreements on behalf of AdvantixxRCM.
Final proposals, pricing exceptions, and contracts must be approved by authorized management.
