Qualifications

About the Position:

The Business Development Representative is responsible for supporting business development efforts that generate qualified leads. Working closely with Executive Leadership, this role identifies prospective clients, nurtures relationships, and helps position the company as a trusted partner in Revenue Cycle Management solutions.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in healthcare Business Development who enjoys strategic prospecting and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with campaigns across email, digital, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Manage company swag and coordination of trade show supplies and booth transportation.
  • Assist in developing thought leadership content, client success stories, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Adherence to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Trade Shows, Conferences & Events
  • Plan and coordinate the company's participation in regional and national healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Manage all event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, shipping, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules for the executive team and sales representatives before and during conferences.
  • Ensure all booth displays, branded materials, giveaways, and marketing collateral align with company branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate post-event meetings and provide leadership with performance reports, attendee insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations for future events.
Business Development
  • Identify and research prospective healthcare organizations, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, MSOs, and health systems.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • RFP responses, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer information within Sales Force
Lead Generation & Sales Support
  • Assist building of targeted prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Force.
  • Track lead activity
  • Assist with follow-up campaigns before and after marketing events.

  • Handle sensitive, confidential, and time‑critical information with the highest level of integrity
  • Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and business acumen in all interactions
What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or healthcare services.
  • Experience working in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare IT, Healthcare Technology, or related industries is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
