Maxx BDR Compensation Plan

Base Salary:

• Annual Salary: $70,000

Performance-Based Bonus Structure:

• File Completion Bonuses Per Contractor:
  • 1 "Billable File": $500
  • 10 "Billable Files": Additional $500
  • 20 "Billable Files": Additional $500
  • 30 "Billable Files": Additional $500

Meeting-Based Incentives:

• Scheduled Meetings: $5 per meeting scheduled
• Meeting Attendance Bonus: $20 for each meeting attended by the prospect

Additional Monthly Allowances:

• Vehicle Allowance: $700 per month
• Communication Stipend: $75 per month
