Overview
Business Development Associates are responsible for generating and acquiring new business by engaging dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries in Fortune 500 companies. They introduce the DB&A business model and strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories. This full-time position is based in Dallas, Texas.
Compensation
- Base salary of $53K for the first 3 months
- After 90 days, based on performance and tenure, three levels of base pay progression:
- $55K as Business Development Representative
- $61K as Business Development Manager
- $85K as Business Development Specialist
- Bonus potential: $200–300 per appointment set and held, with uncapped commission potential

Responsibilities
- Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A
- Introduce DB&A’s business model and consulting services, articulating the value of professional services to C-level executives
- Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
- Independently research and update an established prospect database
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals and objectives
- Maintain and report daily accountability standards
- Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Documented B2B sales expertise
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritization and time management
- Experience utilizing and updating CRM database – Salesforce experience a plus
- Advanced problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
