Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Katalys Consulting is seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive the U.S. expansion for its B2B SaaS platform. You will work with Account Executives and Marketing to generate new opportunities, targeting mid-market and enterprise IT buyers with thoughtful, personalized outreach.
You will build knowledge around Microsoft Intune, SCCM migrations, endpoint management, and security, participating in discovery calls and scheduling meetings for AEs.
Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage and secure their endpoint environments through intelligent automation.
Its cloud-native platform helps IT teams automate Microsoft Intune management, strengthen endpoint security, and simplify device lifecycle management at scale. By reducing manual effort and operational complexity, the platform enables organizations to create more secure, consistent, and efficient IT environments.
As a leading Microsoft endpoint management partner, our client works with mid-market and enterprise organizations to modernize IT operations and automate the management of thousands of endpoints.
As the company continues to expand across North America, it is building out its U.S. go-to-market organization and is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive that growth.
We are seeking a Business Development Representative with at least two years of relevant experience who is ready to take meaningful ownership of outbound pipeline generation.
This isn't a role where you'll simply step into a mature BDR organization and follow an established playbook. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can operate independently, and is excited about helping build and refine the BDR motion as the U.S. business grows.
You'll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Solutions, and senior revenue leadership to identify target accounts, engage IT and security decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and generate high-quality sales pipeline.
You'll also need the curiosity and aptitude to become technically credible with IT buyers. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be interested in learning technologies and concepts such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) migrations, endpoint management, and endpoint security/hardening.
This is an opportunity to join a growing global software company at an important stage of its U.S. expansion.
Rather than becoming one of dozens of BDRs in a large organization, you'll have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership, work directly with experienced revenue and technology leaders, and help shape how the company approaches business development in the U.S.
For someone who is ambitious, technically curious, and interested in advancing into an Account Executive or other customer-facing revenue role, this position offers significant opportunity for growth.
