As a Business Development Representative supporting Paessler's MSP strategy in North America, you'll drive new pipeline by proactively prospecting into Managed Service Providers across the region — from independent MSPs to larger aggregator networks. You'll research target accounts, tailor outreach to MSP-specific pain points around network monitoring and client service delivery, and open conversations that convert into qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
You'll work closely with our US MSP Leader on both strategy and execution — helping shape target account lists, messaging, and outreach cadence as the MSP channel scales.
