Description

Mend is seeking a skillful Business Development Representative (BDR) to be a part of sales activity in the US. The BDR is responsible for inbound and outbound sales activities to discover, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities.

Location: Georgia (Home Office)

Responsibilities:

  1. Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue.
  2. Manage and uncover opportunities from outbound and inbound leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers. Collaborate with account executives to set qualified meetings until they convert to opportunities.
  4. Stay informed about new products and services through training and self-study. Research companies and approach potential partners strategically.
  5. Handle prospect objections and educate them on Mend's Answers.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of outbound business development experience.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a bonus.
  • Passionate about growing territory, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Strong self-discipline, focus, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • High energy, dynamic, with excellent communication skills.
  • 10% travel for trade shows, team-building, or industry events.
