Kenko is an AI-powered CRM for fitness & wellness business. Fitness businesses that we serve include yoga studios, pilates centers, gyms, crossfit, and more. Meanwhile the wellness business we serve include spas, saunas, massage and modern wellness like — cryotherapy, red-light therapy, chiropractors, and physical therapy. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation efforts through door-to-door visits, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups with warm leads (80% travel-based).
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target businesses.
  • Schedule high-quality demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed outbound prospecting targets and key performance indicators.
  • Represent Kenko at local events, networking meetups, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, field sales, cold calling, or a related business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and a demonstrated work ethic.
  • Experience in SMB or mid-market sales environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) for managing outreach, reporting, and email marketing.
  • Highly self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
