United Property Restoration Services is seeking a Business Development Representative II to drive growth by generating new sales opportunities and feeding high-quality leads into the sales funnel. You will be the face of our company, building trust with key industry stakeholders and managing community marketing campaigns during disaster restorations.

The role emphasizes relationship building, on-site field marketing, and proactive lead generation, with a focus on empathetic, consultative sales

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Associate degree or comparable sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in insurance or property restoration industries preferred.
• Empathetic, consultative sales approach with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and facilities managers.
• Conduct field marketing and attend industry events to generate leads.
• Guide clients through disaster restoration processes with empathy and communication.
• Plan community charity initiatives and participate in local networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain the company marketing portfolio with case studies.
