Job summary

Adecco in Indiana is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter who thrives in the sales side of recruiting as much as the candidate side. This is a direct hire role based in Indiana, with responsibility to build relationships, win new business, and close deals.

You will source and present qualified direct-hire candidates, manage the full lifecycle from outreach to placement, and partner with clients to understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Must live in Indiana.
• Previous recruiting/staffing experience preferred.
• Strong business development and sales experience REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, network, and generate new business.
• Comfortable making client presentations and conducting sales conversations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage the full sales + recruiting lifecycle.
