Job description

Pay starts at $17/hr. This is a part-time W2 position with a base wage.

Fully Remote Position!

No experience is required, and we aim to interview and hire quickly in 3 steps:

  1. Do a quick assessment (10-15 mins)
  2. Do a 1-way video interview (20 minutes)
  3. Attend 1 video interview

Your job will be to educate, guide, and help people save money by signing them up for suitable plans. Like any sales position, you will have targets to meet. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Send outbound messages, emails, and make calls to prospective recruits
  • Hold pre-screen and recruiting calls to vet candidates and excite them about the role
  • Partner with internal team members to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to the team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with urgency
  • No experience required
