Job description

Pay starts at $17/hr. This is a part-time W2 position with a base wage.

Fully Remote Position!

No experience is required, and we aim to interview and hire quickly in 3 steps:

  1. Complete a quick assessment (10-15 mins)
  2. Participate in a 1-way video interview (20 mins)
  3. Attend a final video interview

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Send outbound messages, emails, and make occasional calls to prospective recruits
  • Conduct pre-screening and recruiting calls to vet candidates and generate excitement about the role
  • Partner with internal team members to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to the team
