Job summary

Geotech Engineering and Testing is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the business development team, manage existing clients, and pursue new opportunities from its Houston office.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred), strong communication and professional phone etiquette, and the ability to work 45 hours weekly, including evenings or Saturdays. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Marketing and/or customer service experience.
• Outgoing, pleasant personality.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Self-starter with initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Teams and Zoom call experience preferred.
• Evening or Saturday meetings may be required.
• High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to existing and potential clients.
• Prepare proposals for new projects.
• Generate new leads for the Business Development team.
• Update and maintain contact databases.
• Attend meetings and functions with clientele, as necessary.
• Assist with writing proposals and RFQs.
• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Must be able to work 45 hours a week.
