C&E Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

C&E provides outsourced janitorial services for luxury high-rise condominiums, office buildings, and commercial properties. Since 1983, the company has specialized in marble floor restoration, power washing, and carpet cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial services, property management, or facility services preferred.
• Existing relationships with property managers or condo associations a strong advantage.
• Professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify properties needing services in target areas.
• Connect with decision-makers such as property managers and facility managers.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Schedule meetings and walkthroughs for leadership to close.
• Develop opportunities for recurring janitorial contracts and specialty cleaning projects.
