Description

Kingspan Insulation is seeking a Business Development Representative – Technical Insulation to drive market development and create measurable demand for Kingspan’s technical insulation solutions by developing relationships with engineers, design professionals, owners and contractors and converting those relationships into specifications and qualified project opportunities.

The role will initially focus on Kingspan’s Tarec®pir and KoolDuct® product platforms within an assigned geography, while supporting the continued development and commercialization of Kingspan’s broader Technical Insulation offering. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop priority engineering firms, owners, contractors and projects where Kingspan solutions can create differentiated value.

This role is focused on building a strong pipeline of near- and long-term project opportunities. The Business Development Manager will drive specifications for future projects while working with engineers and contractors to identify active projects and pursue substitution opportunities. Working closely with Technical Sales and other internal resources, the BDM will jointly advance opportunities from specification through purchase order and installation, supporting successful conversion and project execution.
