Ryan Flynn - State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive Producer to convert leads into lasting client relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will explain and sell insurance products, assess client needs, and deliver value through tailored coverage.

You will establish relationships, develop leads, schedule appointments, and work with a team in a flexible, hybrid environment.

As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use your knowledge of State Farm Insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
