Job Title: Business Development Manager Staffing and Recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Strivector's client base and increasing revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
This is a remote role, and the Business Development Manager could work from home, or any location of their choosing.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic business development efforts.
Expand Client Base Identify and secure new business opportunities across industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering staffing with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms in the US.
Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams Work closely with recruiters to ensure candidate placements meet client expectations and industry standards.
Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning Stay informed about labour market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industry demands. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
Industry Networking & Representation Represent Strivector at conferences, networking events, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility.


Key Competencies:
Communication Skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Staffing Sales Expertise - Proven experience in business development and account management, in the staffing or recruiting industry.
Technology Proficiency - Deep understanding of IT and Engineering technologies.
Zeal for continuous improvement Passion for learning and continuously improving.
Researcher and Adapter Likes to research, understand, and adopt best practices that are available in the market.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
Understanding of immigration and work authorization policies (H1B, GC, etc.).
Exposure to multiple verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology.
