Responsibilities
- Analyzing data and market trends.
- Being the Voice of the Customer within SPVG.
- Creating a sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Developing and managing team members.
- Establishing strong relationships with existing customers.
- Forecasting orders/sales monthly.
- Works with marketing, estimating, and customer care, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase business growth.
Education and Certifications
- Minimum two-year technical degree and/or 3 to 5 years of related job experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
- Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Knowledge of basic Mechanical Engineering concepts are desired.
- Knowledge of the ASME Code, and ability to use ASME related software is a plus.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work with internal and external customers in a team environment.
- Corporate computer systems.
