Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience selling architecture, engineering, and construction management services within the Medical Device Manufacturing industry. You will generate new business from Medical manufacturing clients across the U.S., working independently to identify and secure opportunities, and building relationships with key clients in the Medical Device Manufacturing sector.

This role offers remote work flexibility but requires travel (30-50%) for client meetings and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with 8+ years of sales experience in Medical Device Manufacturing.
  • Experience in Medical Device production or A/E/CM services preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
