Adventure Tours seeks a Business Development Manager to shape growth strategies and build critical partnerships. You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, respond to inquiries, and manage marketing profiles to expand our luxury charter bus operations across multiple states.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Adventure Tours and clients, partners, and vendors.

• Help refine business development and marketing strategies.
• Track opportunities and activity in the company CRM/database.
• Prepare insightful reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Drive outreach initiatives and relationship-building efforts.
• Represent Adventure Tours at transportation, tourism, and industry networking events.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to align growth initiatives.
• Contribute to additional projects supporting company expansion.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$75,000/year, based on experience
