The ideal candidate will handle motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, work in a collaborative, high-volume environment, and develop litigation skills alongside senior attorneys.

The role requires a J.D., active Texas State Bar admission, and demonstrated experience in personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of personal injury and litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence.
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high‑value cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates regarding case progress.

Houston, TX law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Associate Attorney

A growing and fast-paced personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, particularly motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases, and will be comfortable working in a collaborative, high-volume environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to develop their litigation skills, take an active role in representing injured clients, and grow professionally alongside experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• Experience practicing personal injury law.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and/or premises liability cases strongly preferred.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively advocate for clients and manage cases independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and other members of the legal team.
