Orion Placement is seeking a litigation-forward personal injury attorney in Texas to manage a full docket of motor vehicle and premises liability cases from filing through trial.

This in-office role offers a base salary of $150,000 with a 12% commission on legal fees, plus a $15,000 retention bonus and robust benefits. The firm supports career advancement and a strong infrastructure for trial readiness.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial
