Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Phoenix seeks a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology services. You will work to exceed revenue targets by leveraging existing client relationships and prospecting new accounts.

The role requires a strong regulatory understanding (FDA, cGMP, ISO 17025), willingness to travel up to 40%, and collaboration with Eurofins BU leaders to match capabilities with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, environmental sciences, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in facility validation, environmental monitoring, or calibration/metrology services.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to travel at least 40%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue target for facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology services for Eurofins by leveraging existing relationships and prospecting new accounts.
• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for facility validation and instrument qualification/calibration services for new construction projects and laboratory expansions.
• Utilize industry resources to identify new construction opportunities and secure contracts.
• Lead in-person client meetings, discuss stakeholder needs, and secure contracts within assigned service lines.
• Maintain CRM opportunity pipeline and follow up on proposals; report wins, losses, and open opportunities monthly.
• Serve as subject matter expert in facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology; align programs across Eurofins network.
