Job summary

Eurofins BPT is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue across facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology services in the biopharma and medical device sectors. You will work with field sales and BU leaders to secure contracts, manage the CRM pipeline, and deliver compliant, high-value solutions.

You will travel up to 40% and engage clients at all stages, from proposal to project handoff, ensuring regulatory alignment with FDA, cGMP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant sales experience in facility validation/environmental monitoring and/or instrument calibration/metrology services
• Experience with biopharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue targets for facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology lines
• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for new projects and expansions
• Conduct in-person client meetings and lead discussions with stakeholders to secure contracts
• Maintain CRM opportunity pipeline and follow up on proposals
• Provide SME guidance in facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology
• Collaborate with BU leaders to align program placements within Eurofins network
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote services
