Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration services for biopharma and medical device clients from the Western US. The role emphasizes client meetings, regulatory understanding, and strong pipeline management.

You will work with BU leaders to place programs within Eurofins network, ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO 17025, while expanding the customer base and revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in facility validation/environmental monitoring and/or instrument calibration/metrology services.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue target for facility validation, environmental monitoring, and calibration/metrology service lines for Eurofins by leveraging existing relationships and prospecting new accounts.
• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for facility validation and instrument qualification/calibration services for new construction projects and laboratory expansions.
• Work independently and with field sales team to execute in-person client meetings and secure contracts for work within assigned service line(s).
• Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM and follow-up on outstanding proposals.
• Report wins, losses, and open opportunities monthly to sales leadership.
