Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing North America is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on facility validation, environmental monitoring and calibration for biopharma and medical device industries.

This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and travel up to 40% of the time to meet with clients and close contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in facility validation environmental monitoring or calibration/metrology.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel ~40% and work in the Western US.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed annual revenue targets for facility validation and related services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new construction and lab expansions.
• Lead client meetings, discuss scopes, and secure contracts.
