*Lead a team of Sales professionals to grow sales and capture new business.*

*Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as internal sales and marketing teams.*

*Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.*

*Review and make suggestions on sales volume and product mix by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.*

*Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of new product launches, including outlining new customer prospecting strategies.*

*Help guide marketing efforts by presenting market/competitive information to the marketing team and suggesting strategies to expand market opportunities.*

*Prepare documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs).*

*Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy marketplace and customer needs.*

*Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.*

*Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts, building on successes and addressing areas needing improvement.*

*Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.*

*Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to increase lead generation and market share.*

*Build cross-functional teams to guide and sustain long-term growth.*

*Track emerging markets and trends.*

*Propose and develop strategic partnerships where appropriate.*

*Research and identify new markets.*

*Provide advice on product development, distribution, and promotion strategies.*

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of business development experience within the epoxy or resin industry (commercial sales experience)
  • Existing contact list/book of business with at least 5 accounts, each with multiple sales and over $5,000 in sales
  • High School Diploma

Nice Haves:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales reps
  • Experience building sales strategies for new product launches
  • Customer contact list/book of business within the resin industry
  • Experience with CRM systems

*Pay and Benefits*

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 annually. Benefits include health plans, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, EAP services, and a Health Savings Account (HSA).
