We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Business Development Manager – Channel Partnerships to scale and strengthen our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our reach through key partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel and alliance partners.
  • Drive engagement across the partner lifecycle through business reviews, joint planning, enablement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable partner program, including tiering, incentives, co-marketing plans, and joint demos and presentations.
  • Sales Enablement & Opportunity Management
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and partner-sourced opportunities, coordinating with internal sales teams to progress deals.
  • Conduct solution presentations and product overviews with partners and their clients, clearly articulating Frontline’s value proposition.
  • Support partners in building business cases and ROI narratives tailored to industrial EHS use cases.

Skills You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing high-performing partner relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management platforms
  • Self-starter with excellent organization, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment across time zones and departments.
