Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager for CCA (Caribbean and Central America) to turn market opportunities into meaningful growth. You will help shape customer sales strategies, expand business across the region, and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts.

You’ll build strong relationships, connect customers with product-line solutions, and collaborate with the Account Manager to translate data into action for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Three+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of an assigned product/service line and willingness to learn broader portfolio.
  • Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts toward growth.
  • Self-directed, with a drive to improve sales and service processes.
  • History of building direct customer relationships and expanding the customer base.
  • Collaborative, results-focused with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to assigned customers with knowledge of brands, products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Develop strategic account-growth plans, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive demand through value-added solutions.
  • Translate program data into action by sharing results and recommending growth strategies to the Account Manager.
  • Stay ahead of product, competitor, technology, and market trends while cultivating relationships with field suppliers.
  • Contribute to additional initiatives and priorities as business needs evolve.

Are you ready to turn market opportunities into meaningful growth? As our Business Development Manager for CCA (Caribbean and Central America), you'll help shape customer sales strategies and expand business across the region.

You'll build trusted relationships with assigned accounts and connect customers with product-line solutions that advance their priorities and deliver strong financial results.

What You'll Do:
  • Become a trusted advisor to assigned customers by bringing deep knowledge of relevant brands, products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Bring strategic account-growth plans to life, strengthen customer partnerships, and create demand through value-added solutions, seminars, training, and awareness of available resources.
  • Turn program data into action by sharing results, identifying challenges, and recommending growth strategies to the Account Manager.
  • Stay ahead of product, competitor, technology, customer, and market trends while cultivating productive relationships with field suppliers.
  • Contribute to additional initiatives and priorities as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line and curiosity to learn the organization's broader portfolio.
  • Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts of moderate complexity toward growth.
  • A self-directed mindset and a drive to improve sales and service processes.
  • A track record of building direct customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales.
  • A collaborative, results-focused approach and ownership of outcomes that contribute to the team's success.
Desired Education/Certifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline would be an advantage.
  • A professional sales certification, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or an equivalent credential, is welcomed.
  • Relevant vendor or technology certifications connected to the assigned product portfolio are a plus.
