Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in Architecture, Engineering, or related services.
• Direct experience in Retail, Restaurant, and/or Hospitality markets is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and securing client work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients in the Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality sectors.
• Conduct market research to track opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead RFP/RFQ responses and collaborate with project teams.
