Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Noida (Remote until further notice)

Shift: PST Night Shift ( 9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a comprehensive solution provider and be responsible for:

- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, including acquiring new customers.

- Lead generation is essential; you will be responsible for generating new customer and sales leads and setting up accounts.

- Drive new client development through market research, cold calling, lead generation, and consistent sales activities, focusing on complex sales opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.

- Effectively move prospective customers through the sales cycle with organized follow-ups and monthly sales activities.

- Actively participate in networking opportunities to identify and seize new business development opportunities.

- Promote the company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities, and customer relations.

- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from lead generation to client meetings, contract signing, and revenue generation.

- Understand and implement strategies for recurring revenue, ensuring that individual roles and targets are met throughout the sales process.
