Honest Game is looking for a driven, mission-aligned Business Development Manager to help us grow our impact in the education space. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a sales mindset who is passionate about improving educational outcomes and excited to travel, learn, and grow with our team.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine - generating leads, qualifying prospects, and helping build the pipeline that drives our sales strategy and student impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to uncover opportunities, improve outreach strategies, and amplify Honest Game’s ability to support schools nationwide.

You’ll collaborate daily with Sales and Operations and work cross-functionally with the Academic & Compliance, and Marketing teams. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team that’s passionate about helping students succeed.
