Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong focus on aggressive hunting and surpassing sales quotas. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in spearheading new client acquisitions and driving revenue growth through effective prospecting and strategic sales tactics in the North India region (Delhi). Join our growing company to build a robust client base, drive market penetration, and consistently exceed performance targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities using cold calling, targeted networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Quota-Driven Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans that emphasize new customer acquisition and rapid quota attainment.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the full sales process from lead identification to closing deals and ensuring long-term client relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with new clients while ensuring exceptional service.
  • Collaboration & Internal Reporting: Work with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Travel: Demonstrate flexibility by traveling across the North region as needed for client meetings and business events.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (3-7 years) with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Industry experience in IT, SaaS, HRTech, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
