Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the outsourcing and recruitment industry.
  • Attend and represent the company at strategic events, conferences, and networking spaces to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Generate high-value leads through relationship-building, partnerships, and outbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals, presentations, and service offerings align with client needs.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in outsourcing, headhunting, staffing, or B2B consulting.
  • Strong track record of creating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to relationship-building.
  • Comfortable attending in-person networking events and client meetings.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
