Job description

DashDevs is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with fintech domain experience to join our growing sales team. This role is suited for someone who has closed complex software outsourcing or product development deals, knows the fintech ecosystem inside out, and acts as a deal orchestrator and closer. You will be responsible for driving revenue by operating across the UK, the US, EU, and MENA regions. You will work with Software & Product Outsourcing and Outstaffing business models with the tailored strategies across each. You must understand the nuances of regulated fintech environments, licensing models (PI, EMI, Bank license, PSP, VASP, MSB), and productized solutions (wallet infrastructure, core banking middleware).

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development of software services and solutions, specifically within fintech or IT outsourcing for financial services
  • Proven track record in closing high-value, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, wallet ecosystems, cross-border payments, open banking
  • Ability to handle a sales cycle, from qualification to signature
  • Ability to lead internal coordination of pre-sales efforts across Solution Architects, Delivery, and Legal teams
  • Good grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and technologies for web and mobile apps
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (C1 or C2 levels), preferably with experience working or studying in English-speaking countries

Skills that will be a plus:

  • A second foreign language
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM
Responsibilities
  • Act as Deal Owner and lead all strategic and tactical steps across the sales funnel
  • Build deep understanding of DashDevs fintech service offerings (custom dev, productized, licensing)
  • Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to devise an effective demand generation strategy
  • Drive new revenue by winning outsourcing, licensing, or outstaffing deals
  • Handle full sales cycle from initial presentation of DashDevs services to deal closing
  • Liaise with the Legal Department to produce and sign the relevant contract
  • Process inbound/outbound leads, nurture them and convert into sales opportunities
  • Undertake own business development efforts to identify and engage potential clients
  • Represent DashDevs at industry events, roundtables, and client meetings globally
  • Understand and map out the decision-making hierarchy within targeted accounts to ensure engagement at all levels necessary for the sales process
  • Create structured proposals and value-based presentations tailored to each client
  • Act as a key contact point for customer during the entire sales process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, notes, and forecasts in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
