Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Fully Remote - Induction and product training is on site in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 per year

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth initiatives and expand our brand reach.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
  3. Develop strategies and plans to improve our market position and achieve our financial growth targets.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
  5. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  4. Exceptional customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
