Business Development Manager | General Contractor (Commercial Construction) | South Shore, MA
Our client is a well established general contractor based just south of Boston, with more than 45 years in the business and projects across New England and Upstate New York. They started out as a small carpentry outfit and have grown into a trusted builder for national retail brands, restaurants, corporate offices, healthcare and commercial clients.
Their reputation comes from the work that most contractors find hardest. They specialise in building inside occupied spaces, complex renovations and ground up projects, and they're known for keeping businesses open and running while they build. They offer full general contracting, preconstruction, design build and a dedicated special projects and maintenance team, so clients often stay with them for years.
