Atlas National Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who’s ready to get their boots on the roof, build relationships, and develop new business through referral networks and strategic partnerships. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who knows the roofing industry, can manage subcontractors, and thrives on turning goals into action plans.

You’ll be the face of Atlas to new partners—restoration companies, realtors, property managers—and you’ll play a key role in expanding our brand across DFW.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Build and manage a referral network of real estate agents, restoration contractors, property managers, and other local partners
  2. Walk roofs and assess opportunities alongside subcontractors and sales teams
  3. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure jobsite professionalism
  4. Turn clear company objectives into targeted strategies and execute them with confidence
  5. Identify new partnership opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  6. Represent Atlas National Roofing with integrity, energy, and a client-focused mindset

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Roofing industry knowledge and the ability to walk roofs confidently
  2. Experience managing or coordinating subcontractors
  3. 3+ years of business development, sales, or client relations experience (preferably in construction, roofing, or restoration)
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re charismatic and people trust you
  5. A goal-getter with the ability to develop, plan, and execute strategy independently
  6. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
  7. Must be based in or willing to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex
