Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist (Commission Only) at THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development.

  • Proven experience in lead generation

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with a tiered structure designed to reward performance. You will earn a base commission of 10% on revenue generated from placements secured through your clients, with opportunities to increase earnings up to 20% for high-revenue contracts. Additional bonuses include a 5% bonus for securing retained or exclusive agreements, and a 5% monthly bonus for exceeding revenue targets. This structure offers unlimited earning potential based on your success in bringing valuable clients to the agency.
