Business Development Manager - ULTRA SKIN SERVICES/SYLTON

Join to apply for the Business Development Manager - ULTRA SKIN SERVICES/SYLTON role at Nurtur Aveda Institutes.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 3-4 years of sales experience, especially in the Beauty/Wellness Industry, to join our team covering the Dallas, TX region. This role involves establishing new business relationships, managing existing partnerships, and promoting our innovative skincare products and devices, including Ultraceuticals and Sylton's skin analysis tools.

Responsibilities include:
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proactively pursuing sales through various channels
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conducting product demonstrations and skin consultations
  • Supporting new business openings and ongoing account management
  • Collaborating with marketing and education teams to develop strategies
  • Attending trade shows and networking events
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Cosmetology/Esthetics license (preferred)
  • Proven success in sales within skincare, beauty, or cosmetics
  • Passion for skincare and industry knowledge
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with good time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software

Travel up to 80% of the time within the US is expected. The role is remote with necessary tools provided.
