Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, fully remote position, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, initiating outreach, and building lasting partnerships. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship-building, as well as close collaboration with internal teams to support overall sales strategy and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach and cold calling to generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and support client success
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
