Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to align and implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities also include market research, creating business development strategies, negotiating contracts, and presenting Nilogen’s innovative solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, including work with pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong knowledge of oncology and immuno-oncology drug development platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Proven track record of developing new accounts and achieving business development targets
  • Master's degree or higher in Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field preferred
  • MBA is a plus
