Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (CISCO) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization identifies opportunities for business expansion in support of the customer sales strategy.

Develops and maintains business relationships by providing solutions for defined account(s) to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for brand products, technology solutions, and offerings for assigned customers.
  • Execute strategic customer growth plans and manage business relationships in assigned accounts by providing value-added solutions. Identify and create demand for products, support seminars, training, and resource awareness to drive growth.
  • Analyze and report on program impacts for customers, notifying account managers of successes, issues, and future strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customer trends in the assigned market. Manage field supplier relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Full knowledge of the assigned product/service line and understanding of the organization's entire product/service offerings.
  • Experience working with small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.
  • Ability to work independently and perform sales and service tasks proactively.
  • Build relationships with customers to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Impact on team success; failure to meet goals affects overall performance.
Other Education/Certifications:
  • CCNA, CCDP, CCDA, CCNP, CCIE preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Remote professional environment.
  • Occasional travel for meetings or events.
  • Possible non-standard hours or overtime.
